The Career Resource Managers Association (CRMA) is a professional organization for career resource librarians and other career professionals who manage information resources. CRMA has been active for over twenty years and draws its base in the New England region.

CRMA seeks to increase professional development opportunities for members, to promote the field of career resources as a growing specialty, and to support members with information and networking opportunities. The group meets two times a year to share new library resources, educate members on career information in various fields and media, and discuss the issues and concerns of managing a career library.
